Details:
Up to 4 hrs of coverage on wedding day

  • One meeting; usually consisting  of initial consultation and site walk through {phone call or video chat options are available if preferred}

  • One meeting; usually consisting  of initial consultation and site walk through {phone call or video chat options are available if preferred}
  • Any additional would incur a      $45.00 travel fee. As it would be a separate trip.
  • Ceremony only coordination.
  • One pre-wedding planning meeting .
  • Unlimited phone or email      correspondence throughout your planning.
  • Vendor referrals to match your      style and vision.
  • Pre-ceremony outreach to vendors to confirm ceremony logistics. 
  • Setting and styling of ceremony      decor and welcome table.
  • Cueing of the processional      (family and bridal party entrance) .
  • Assistance with streaming the      ceremony for at-home guests to view.
  • Photo attendant after the      ceremony to carry bouquet, position train, etc…


  • Investment: $500-$1000
  • Pricing is dependent on how many people are needed for  setup and decor.

Details:

  • Up to two meetings, usually      consisting of initial consultation and site walk through {phone call or video chat options are available if preferred}.
  • Unlimited phone or email      correspondence throughout your planning.
  • Pre-wedding outreach to vendor team to introduce myself.
  • Greet vendors on wedding day and act as their point of contact for needs.
  • Confirm ceremony site set-up      completed by venue staff.
  • Set-up of programs, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, signage, and menus.
  • Styling of décor elements; guest sign-in table, unity ceremony items, photos, and gift table/card box.
  • Placement of misc. items; favors,  toasting flutes, cake knife/server, cake topper, bathroom baskets, and      candles.
  • Distribute bouquets to      bridesmaids and pin corsages/boutonnieres to groomsmen and family members.
  • Disburse vendor payments or      gratuities on the client’s behalf.
  • Troubleshoot emergencies with discretion.
  • Assist venue staff with necessary  changes due to inclement weather.
  • Ensure program disbursement.
  • Confirm linen and place setting      set-up completed by banquet staff.
  • Assist guests in finding their      assigned tables at the start of reception.
  • Assist DJ; call to dinner at the      conclusion of cocktail hour, coordination of grand entrance, dismissal of tables for buffet service, and other tasks that may require additional support to keep event timeline on track.
  • Check-out with all vendors before departing {after cake cutting}.

Includes all tasks listed under the half-day package PLUS…

  • An additional meeting to create a planning checklist.
  • Create wedding day timeline and distribute to the vendor team.
  • Create the ceremony processional  order.
  • Attend and coordinate the      ceremony rehearsal.
  • Convey ceremony seating      instructions to family members.
  • Confirm DJ and officiant have      performed microphone sound check prior to the start of the ceremony.
  • Confirm song changes and cue      signals with DJ or musicians for ceremony processional.
  • Ensure the officiant receives the  marriage license prior to the start of the ceremony.
  • Direct family and bridal party in the ceremony processional {cue when to walk}.
  • Gather wedding gifts and cards      for family removal.
  • Communicate details to the car      service driver in regards to the grand exit. (If applicable)
  • Assist DJ in gathering guests to      line for the grand exit and cue bride and groom to walk.
  • Gather all décor and personal      items for family removal at close of reception and ensure they get to designated person(s).
  • Check-out with catering/banquet staff to ensure all contracted rules were followed {to safeguard the      return of damage deposit}.
